Workshop on PoSH and POCSO

To sensitise its teaching, non-teaching and helper staff to the legal provisions of POCSO and POSH acts and to create awareness regarding their roles and responsibilities Ramjas School, Pusa Road organised a workshop on 22 July 2026.The workshop was conducted by Ms. Samprikta Ghosal, Advocate with 16 years of experience in civil litigation, socio economic matters, work place safety, and gender justice and Ms. Mahima Malhotra, Advocate with expertise in gender justice, Child protection, POCSO and POSH. The two legal experts discussed at length the legal provisions of the Acts, the responsibilities of the school employees, the reporting mechanisms and preventive measures under the POCSO and POSH frameworks.
