A workshop on "Workplace Mental Wellness" was organised by Ramjas school Pusa Road . The interactive workshop was conducted by Ms Roshni Mehta -Clinical psychologist from Department of Mental Health and Behavioural Sciences,Fortis Hospital.

The highlight of the workshop was debunking myths about mental health issues. Ms.Roshini also stressed on the importance of identifying signs of distress , factors responsible for it and the need to discuss and seek help if required.
